Made with CARE offers a range of products that meet a couple of specifications. Not only do they fight against the skin disorders linked to our fast-paced lifestyle, but they do so in a way that is respectful of the planet. The Challenge

The challenge with Made with CARE was that, despite offering quality skincare products, the brand struggled to sell and gain visibility in retail shops due to poor packaging and an outdated visual identity. The design leaned too heavily on a girly, teen aesthetic, lacked clarity, and failed to resonate with a broader audience. Additionally, the brand had no strong digital presence, with an underwhelming website that made it entirely reliant on retail. Our task was to completely redesign the brand—creating a modern, eco-friendly identity with clear storytelling that appeals to a lifestyle-driven and conscious audience while ensuring it stands out both on retail shelves and online

The Solution

The solution was to redefine the brand’s storytelling around the concept of essentials—keeping everything simple, clean, and purposeful. The former girly pink aesthetic was replaced with a sophisticated palette of nude tones, while the old, anecdotal logo was transformed into a bold, minimalist design, emphasizing the word ‘CARE.’ Packaging was upgraded to use recycled materials, aligning with eco-friendly values. The content strategy shifted to include more diversity, showcasing a broader, more inclusive audience. A completely new, modern e-shop was developed to establish a strong digital presence, reducing reliance on retail. I also organized photo and video shoots to highlight the products and their applications, creating compelling visuals to elevate the brand across all platforms.

The Result

The new website dramatically enhanced Made with CARE’s online presence and user engagement. Its elegant design and improved functionality attracted more visitors, reduced bounce rates, and increased conversion rates, resulting in a significant rise in online sales and customer satisfaction. The revamped storytelling also allowed the brand to grow on social media, with some reels now surpassing 100K views. In retail, the products now stand out and sell better, with an overall evaluation grade of 4.7/5 from customers. Additionally, the products score 5/5 on the Yuka app, which assesses the health and environmental impact of products, further solidifying the brand’s credibility and eco-friendly positioning.
